Because we are a small business and our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Final Sale Items
All items are considered final sale unless there is a manufacturing or fulfillment error.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our end.
